Some examples of structural steel fabrication projects are building structures, support towers, clear-span roof trusses, and pipe bridges. Sheet metal fabrication from food-grade stainless steel, carbon steel, or galvanized materials is also available. Fabrication services are available on-site or at our facility in Decatur, Illinois. | As part of our fabrication services, A-Lert Construction Services offers steel cutting services using a CNC cutting system. This system will accommodate steel sheets up to 8 x 20 feet in size. Using plasma technology, this system is capable of cutting stainless steel 1 inch thick, and carbon steel 1.25 inches thick. Using oxy-acetylene, we are capable of cutting carbon steel 3 inches thick. |
